"Macedonian Business Systems" (MBS) is an IT company providing Systems integration, Application development, Installation and post-installation support and warranty and post-warranty services. Core MBS business is based on a status of IBM Solution Provider as a basic cooperation with IBM as its principal. Besides that MBS has the status of IBM Services Provider.
In order to achieve maximum level of support, MBS is providing following privileges to its customers:
- Preventive maintenance and diagnostics of the installed equipment.
- High skilled working team with years of experience in this job, educated and skilled under the very strict rules by IBM and for which further education is provided.
- Stock consignment of spare parts worth up to 0.5 million USD.
Such position means that the company provides all IBM services in Macedonia.
MBS has also established partnership with several other IT vendors necessary for fulfilling complete systems integration projects.
